The Best Training
“The best training is to read and write, no matter what. Don’t live with a lover or roommate who doesn’t respect your work. Don’t lie, buy time, borrow to buy time. Write what will stop your breath if you don’t write.”

You prefer writing on Pc or Papers? 🙂
I write on a laptop. My thoughts move too fast for pen and paper! How about you?
I write on papers, for the same reason you write on laptop 🙂 my thoughts and the connection between them come too fast and I need to draw lines between them to tell how they connect before I forget 🙂 and I can’t do that on computer 🙂
That is the most beautiful quote on writing I have seen to-date. That is saying something because I gather writing quotes around me like little friends.
Reblogged this on Robin Coyle and commented:
After spending a grueling weekend editing, the quote on this blog post moved me. Did the words make you teary too, or am I exhausted? How lovely they are.
I hope you don’t mind but I just reblogged this. Sigh. The words hit me at a time I needed it.
Don’t mind at all. Thanks so much for the reblog. I appreciate it and good luck with your editing, which I think can be, at times, much more grueling than writing!
Thanks, I needed that.
